Shipping policy

Order Processing/Dispatch Times
Small and Medium products will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Large items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Fire Pits, Saws, furniture, personalised and/or bespoke products will be dispatched within 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

All items are made to order.

Shipping
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery service on the majority of products, although for larger items such as our Fire Pits, we use a courier service. We will keep you updated throughout the process with any relevant tracking numbers. If your order doesn't arrive within the specified timeframe then please contact us at eyup@formesteel.com and we will investigate this with Royal Mail and/or the courier provider.
